Process & Delivery
Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for most projects. Rush delivery (12-24 hours) is available for an additional 50% fee. Complex projects may require 3-5 business days. We always provide estimated delivery times before starting work and send progress updates for large projects.
You can upload photos through our secure online portal, send via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive links. We accept most common formats including RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW), JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. Maximum file size is 100MB per image. Detailed upload instructions are provided after order confirmation.
Edited photos are delivered via secure download link sent to your email. Files remain available for download for 30 days. We can deliver in various formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF) and resolutions based on your requirements. Batch downloads and cloud storage integration are available for large orders.
Quality & Revisions
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer up to 3 free revisions per image to ensure you're completely happy with the results. If you're still not satisfied, we provide a full refund within 7 days of delivery. We also offer a free sample edit so you can see our quality before committing to a full order.

Technical Support

We accept files up to 100MB each. Minimum resolution should be 1500px on the longest side for quality results. For print work, we recommend 300 DPI. There's no maximum resolution limit - we can work with high-resolution files from professional cameras and deliver at any resolution you need.
