1. Introduction

Welcome to Pixzalbari. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

2. Services

2.1. We provide graphic design services including but not limited to:
– Logo design
– Brand identity design
– Marketing materials
– Website design
– Social media graphics
– Print design
– Packaging design
– Digital illustrations

2.2. All services are provided on a project basis as outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements.

3. Project Process

3.1. Project Initiation
– All projects begin upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit payment
– Project requirements must be provided in writing
– Timeline expectations will be established at project start

3.2. Revisions
– Each project includes [X] rounds of revisions as standard
– Additional revisions will be charged at our current hourly rate
– Major changes to the project scope may require a new quote

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Pricing
– All prices are quoted in [Currency]
– Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance
– Rush fees may apply for expedited projects

4.2. Payment Schedule
– 50% non-refundable deposit required to commence work
– Remaining balance due upon project completion
– Final files will be released only after full payment is received

4.3. Late Payments
– Payments overdue by 30 days will incur a 5% monthly interest charge
– We reserve the right to pause work on active projects if payments are overdue

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Ownership
– Client owns final deliverables upon full payment
– We retain ownership of all preliminary designs and unused concepts
– We maintain the right to display final work in our portfolio

5.2. Copyright
– Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights to use any provided materials
– We guarantee original work free from copyright infringement
– Font licenses and stock images are not included unless specified

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. The client agrees to:
– Provide clear project briefs and requirements
– Supply necessary content and materials in a timely manner
– Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
– Ensure all provided materials are legally cleared for use

7. Project Cancellation

7.1. By Client
– Project cancellation must be submitted in writing
– Deposit is non-refundable
– Client will be billed for all work completed up to cancellation date

7.2. By Agency
– We reserve the right to terminate projects due to:
– Non-payment
– Unethical or illegal requests
– Lack of client communication
– Harassment or abuse of staff

8. Confidentiality

8.1. We agree to:
– Keep client information confidential
– Not disclose sensitive business information
– Sign additional NDAs if required
– Secure storage of client materials

9. Project Delivery

9.1. File Formats
– Final files will be delivered in agreed-upon formats
– Source files are provided only if specified in the agreement
– Additional file formats may incur extra charges

9.2. Timeline
– Delivery dates are estimates and subject to client response times
– Delays caused by client will affect final delivery date
– Rush requests may incur additional fees

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. We are not liable for:
– Indirect or consequential losses
– Issues arising from client-provided materials
– Third-party services or products
– Damages exceeding the project fee

11. Warranties

11.1. We warrant that:
– All work will be original or properly licensed
– Services will be performed professionally
– We have the right to enter into this agreement

12. Disputes

12.1. Any disputes will be:
– First addressed through informal negotiation
– If unresolved, submitted to mediation
– Finally resolved through arbitration
