Free Sample Policy

Before committing to a paid order, we encourage you to try our free sample service:

  • Submit up to 3 images for free editing
  • Experience our quality and turnaround time
  • No payment required for sample edits
  • Sample edits include watermarks for evaluation

Revision Policy

We include up to 3 free revisions per image to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear, specific feedback helps us deliver exactly what you want
  • Major scope changes may be considered new orders
  • Additional revisions beyond 3 may incur charges

Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds Available:

  • Order cancelled within 2 hours of submission
  • We fail to deliver within agreed timeframe (unless due to client delays)
  • Technical issues prevent completion of your order
  • We determine your images cannot be edited to acceptable standards

Partial Refunds Available:

  • Order cancelled after work has begun (refund based on percentage completed)
  • Partial delivery accepted by client
  • Rush order downgraded to standard delivery

No Refunds Available:

  • Completed work that meets specified requirements
  • Changes in client requirements after work completion
  • Dissatisfaction with artistic/stylistic choices when no specific direction was provided
  • Client-caused delays resulting in missed deadlines
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team with your refund request
  2. Provide order details and reason for refund
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all work will be completed by professional editors using industry-standard techniques. If you are not satisfied with the quality despite our revision process, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Rush Order Policy

  • Rush fees are non-refundable once work begins
  • If we cannot meet rush deadline, rush fees will be refunded
  • Client delays may void rush delivery guarantees
